65^th ANNUAL CU BAND DAY

ENTRY DEADLINE

Friday, August 22, 2008. (Return application form with remittance to reserve a spot for your band's participation)

ENTRY FEE

$200.00

CLINICIANS / ADJUDICATORS

Each band will be adjudicated by three stationary judges in the press box: one music specialist, one visual specialist and one auxiliary specialist. In addition, each band will have a clinician who will provide an educational clinic to the group following your performance.

CLASSIFICATIONS

1A-3A:  SEE CHAASA
4A:  SEE CHAASA
5A:  SEE CHAASA

DVD

A DVD of your band's performance will be available at an additional cost of $25.00, if desired. Please check the appropriate box on the application form and include the $25.00 in your check for the registration fee.

If you desire to videotape or photograph your band's performance with your own equipment, please indicate this on the application form. Each school will be issued up to three (3) photo passes if requested. Access to the press box will be limited to personnel with passes.

PERFORMANCE TIME REQUESTS

Please make your requests for specific performance times two weeks in advance. We will try to meet your requests as closely as possible.

ENTRANCE PROCEDURE

Return the application form along with a check for $200.00 ($225.00 with DVD) to the following address:

Complete applications (entrance form and entry fee) will be accepted in the order they are received. Only complete applications will be accepted. The entry fee is non-refundable after the entry deadline, August 22, 2008.
